1.What kind of payment do you accept?

2.Why is my payment declined?

a.Check the information you filled in while paying.
b.Check whether there is enough money in your card.
c.Cards with low credits will be declined.
d.Using wrong card which we can not accept.

3.When will my credit card be refunded?

your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. A credit will be issued in the original form.

4.Why do you charge my card more than your product price?

What we receive is only the amount of the order, and the most generated part is usually the international inter-bank transaction fee or exchange rate difference. The customer makes payment through the multinational bank, and there will be some expenses between the receiving bank and issuing bank. Hope you can understand.

Note: Since there are exchange conversion, cross-border fees (Charged by issuing bank) and etc., there is a difference between the actual charge and transaction amount, and the proportion will be depending on the bank.

1.About order processing and delivery time issues?

The warehouse workers in our company need 1-3 business days to prepare and pack the goods for you. . For items that require extra handling time, such as custom jerseys, orders will take approximately 3-5 business processing days.
If there is some delay and special situation, our customer service will email you. Our customer service will email you tracking number once the tracking number is offered by delivery company.

2.What carrier do you use for my package and how long for shipping?

a.Express delivery company: UPS/DHL/Fedex/TNT/EMS/USPS and so on.
b.Delivery time: about 8~15 business days after we shipped usually.

4.How to monitor your parcel's status?

You can monitor online on http://www.17track.net/en/ after recieved the tracking number.

5.Do I need to pay duty fee?

Customers from Europe or other countries often worry about the taxes. Our company ship parckage as gift, fast delivery and no tax.

6.What is your return policy?

Please contact us to return back in 7 days after you get the jerseys.Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels.

8.Can I pay extra money to ship the orders overnight?

All the international delivery company can not make overnight shipping happen so far. So please order a few days ealier before your big event comes.

9.How do I change or cancel an order?

To cancel an order you recently completed, you will need to contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

10.Can I ship to multiple locations?

If you wish to place an order and have items ship to different shipping locations, the items going to each location will have to be on their own unique order. We are unable to ship multiple items on the same order to more than one address.
